An invitation is so much more than a piece of paper – it should be something entirely unique to you, something that shouts your personality, tells your personal story, and that your guests will have a hard time ever throwing away. The invitation is the first touch stone of your wedding for your guests. It sets the tone for the big day, and should quite literally, invite them in and get everyone excited.
At Lana’s Shop, we’re here to get to know you, your story, and your vision so that we can bring it all to life with beautiful, personal and distinctive touches that make a visual and emotional impact. Our clients have become some of our dearest friends through this process, and there’s nothing we love more than working with our friends!
Services range from invitation suite design to comprehensive day-of design including welcome bags, menus, programs, event signage and more. There are so many opportunities to personalize and beautify special elements of your big day and to leave your guests with a lasting impression. From your Save the Date to your final thank you note, and everything in between, we are here for you.
Timing and availability
To make sure each client gets our full time and attention, we only take on 10 fully custom weddings a year. We are booked for 2019 but have semi custom availability. Fill out our contact form if you’d like to get started today.
Projects can take 4 -12 weeks depending on their scope and our availability. Rush jobs may be accommodated upon request.
Invitations options
Fully-Custom Invitations
This will be a one-of-a kind finished product, hand-painted + designed just for you! If you are excited about the creative process and designing your stationery from scratch, then this is perfect for you. I can’t wait hear your vision and begin planning out your dream suite.
Semi-Custom Invitations
We also offer pre-designed invitations that can be customized to fit your personality and celebration. These suites can still be made unique to you by choosing the paper, color palette, fonts and add-ons like stamps.

Our wedding paper goods are printed using the latest and most high-end digital printing technologies on the market. Rest assured that this means colors will be crisp and vibrant, and that each piece will look exactly like the original, hand-painted artwork.
Every wedding set is designed, created and packaged by hand at our Denver studio, and Lana personally oversees the entire process from start to finish. We take pride in producing and assembling each package with love and care as if it were for our own celebration. We ensure quality control so that everything arrives in perfect condition.
HOW TO ORDER YOUR INVITATIONS

Email us your project idea: We can’t wait to hear everything you are envisioning! Please be as specific as possible as to how many invitation sets you’ll need, type of design style and what items you’d like included such as information cards or other inserts, envelope liners...etc. If you’re not totally sure, we are here to assist.

Quote: After we connect and discuss the scope of your project, we will send you a detailed proposal based on your needs, design choice and timing.

Invoice and contract: Once the quote is approved and you’re ready to move forward, you’ll receive an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit and a mini contract to sign and mail back in with your check.

Design information: Once a deposit is received, we will begin the fun part – creating! I will send you a timeline to keep us on track and let you know what information we need from you, such as your preferred wording for all of your pieces, and any picture or color references, or other points of inspiration.

Proofs: We’ll show you an initial sketch to review and then three rounds of revisions are included in to ensure it’s perfect for you. Once the final sketch is approved, I will begin painting it based on the color palette we previously discussed. You will then have a chance to approve the final painting and make sure everything is spelled and grammatically correct.

Production and shipping: Once all files are approved, we will send it to be printed and notify you once they are ready to be shipped out. We always strive to keep to our initial timeline, but if anything should get pushed back for some unforeseen reason, you will certainly know about it during the process. Our communications are always open and prompt.
- Final payment: Once your order has been mailed (yay!), we will send you an invoice for the final amount. You will have 15 days to settle any remaining balances due.
