Our greeting cards, stationery and paper goods are designed to be shared with the goal of bringing someone a smile. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their experience in working with us and with their purchase. If we didn’t meet your expectations for any reason, contact us and we will make it right.

 

 

What payments do you accept?

We accept credit cards, Paypal and Amazon Pay.

 

When will my order ship?

All orders will be mailed out within 2-5 business days with the exception being rush Holiday timg (Oct-Dec). Please allow 6-10 business days during this timeframe. Each item is carefully wrapped and packaged by hand in our studio so that it will reach you in great condition.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Sure do! Enjoy free shipping on orders $100 and up.

 

Do you offer local pick-up?

Yes! If you live near Denver, you can choose our Pick-Up option at check out. You will be picking up from a gorgeous, woman-owned bakery called The Botanical Bakery of Denver. Click here for all the pick-up info you need 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We use USPS First Class International, DHL or UPS International shipping which is usually an estimated 10 day shipping period. If at checkout you don't see an option for your country, please contact Lana@LanasShop.com and we will update that.

 

Can I customize my card?

No. I'm so sorry we don’t offer customization on our single cards.

 

Where is my package?

More gifts are being mailed this year than ever, so busy elves and shipping carriers are overloaded. Unfortunately, that means you might notice occasional delays in the shipping times. We are seeing some taking 2-3 weeks. Shipping carriers can no longer guarantee how long. So take a deep breath, I feel your pain and my fingers (and toes) are crossed that it arrives safely soon. Do you accept refunds?

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their experience in working with us and with their purchase. If we didn’t meet your expectations for any reason, contact us and we will make it right.

If an item has arrived damaged, please send a photograph within 2 business days of the package and we will file a claim and refund you.

If you entered the wrong address at checkout but it has already been shipped, when the order has safely been returned to our studio you can pay the shipping to re-send it.

Keep a close eye on delivery notifications. If your order has been delivered but you can't find it, it is not Lana's Shop responsibility. But we sure hope it pops up!
